How do we book?

To avoid any duplicate bookings on any other sites we ask that you email ourselves direct. welshholidayhomes@gmail.com This way we can block off your dates on other sites we advertise on to avoid any one booking your dates whilst you are in the process of booking your holiday.

Do you allow animals?

Yes, we allow animals to say in the accommodation. There is no extra charge for animals to stay. However we ask that the animal is not left unattended in the accommodation during your stay. They are not allowed on the furniture and that you bring their own bedding for them to sleep on.

Do you have a maximum amount of animals?

Do you take a security deposit?

Yes we take £150 for your stay. This is paid 2 days prior to your arrival. House keeping will then notify us after your stay and the security deposit will be paid back within 7 days of your departure day.

How does the booking process work?

It is very straight forward.

Email through your dates, once complete we ask for a 10% security deposit to hold your booking. You will then receive confirmation via email (if you prefer via post please specify on your booking). We then ask for full payment 6 weeks prior to your arrival date.

Availability?

Sometimes we do not always release weeks until last minute as we do hold some weeks for ourselves especially the School holidays. It is always worth contacting ourselves direct if we are not showing availability or keeping an eye on our social media accounts.

How do I access the Guest are on the website

Once you have paid your deposit we will email out the password to access these pages.
