Any immediate concerns should be reported on arrival or within the first 24 hours of arrival. Picture evidence should be provided relating to the complaint if possible. The complaint should be sent to welshholidayhomes@gmail.com

Under no circumstances will compensation be considered for complaints raised after the holiday has ended. The owner must be given the opportunity to deal with any issues in a reasonable time frame to the best of their ability during the holiday period.  The owner or workman must be allowed access to rectify any problems where appropriate.

Under no circumstances will a complaint be withheld if as guests you have tampered with the electrics, white goods or any other item within the holiday let without prior permission from the owner.

We cannot accept any responsibility should the property not conform to the Guests standards.
