Risk assessment
Please be clear cleaning is included in your stay. This includes washing of linen and wiping down surfaces and floors. Any cleaning that is on top of this could occur extra cost and will be deducted from your security deposit. The accommodation should be left as you when you found it on your arrival.
All GOOD-HOUSEKEEPING /SECURITY DEPOSITS will be retained if the guidence we have set out is not followed/done.
These additional rules and tasks are to facilitate the protection of our GUESTS and KEY WORKERS who prepare the property for you.
Please ensure you leave the property in a clean and tidy manner. The cleaner has very limited time between bookings and therefore appreciates your co-operation. Thank You. Diolch Yn Fawr!

How we are preventing the risk
Keys
Sanitise the keys and key safe when you put the keys back.
Sneezing / Coughing at the property
Please follow the government advice and ensure your sneeze or cough is caught in a tissue and disregarded immediately. Ensure windows are opened and the property is well ventilated in this instance.
Guests sanatising during their stay
Wash your hands often and always sanitise your hands before you enter the property and please wipe down with disinfectant anything you bring in to the property. Use antiviral disinfectant daily on the surfaces.
Sanatise the property
On your departure ensure all surfaces and handles are sanatised by yourself before the cleaner enters the property.
SPRAY ANTI VIRUS DISINFECTANT on the ‘Hard’ Touch Surfaces e.g. kitchen work tops, coffee tables, toilet, sinks etc. Leave the disinfectant for 5 minutes and then wipe away – This will make it more effective at neutralising any viruses before the cleaners arrive.
Windows/Doors
All Windows NEED TO BE OPEN AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE DURING YOUR STAY and locked ajar, if possible, when you are not in the property.
PLEASE OPEN ALL THE DOORS AND WINDOWS FOR A FEW HOURS on the morning of departure and leave them locked ajar if possible.
Guest shows symptoms or tests positive
As we are based on a holiday park, it is essentai you keep yourself and other guests on the park safe.
If anyone in the party tests positve during their stay. The whole party must leave and self isolate at your primary location. Under no circumstances is anyone allowed to self Isolate at the chalet.
If you develop symptoms during your stay you must follow government guidance at the time. You must make sure you make the owners aware so we can notify the cleaner on your departure.
Booking Guests
No additional guests are allowed inside the property at any time.
Check in
PLEASE arrive no earlier than 4:00 pm so the cleaners have plenty of time to sanitise the property for you.
Sanatisers
Please bring your own SANITISERS, GLOVES, MASKS and ANTIVIRAL DISINFECTANT with you.
Linen- this includes throws, towels, sheets pillow cases.
All linen is washed in accordance to guidance issued. We change all linen after every booking. The cleaner washes the linen. Guests are welcome to supply their own linen please make us aware if you are doin so and we will ensure that none of our linen is at the property.
Cleaning products
Clothes to was dishes are discarded with after guests have left and new ones issued for new guests.
We supply cleaning products to help combat the spread of Covid. We also have sanitizers available at the property for guests regularly sanitize their hands.
Ventilation
Every room in the property has a window/door to allow ventilation in from outside during their stay.
The cleaner opens all windows and doors to allow ventilation after guests during a change over.
Guest property
We ask guests to ensure that all property is discarded with or removed from the property prior to their departure. No items should be left in the property that were not there when they arrived. We will not store any property that has been left after a guests departure, nor will we forward the property on.
Bins
We ask that all bins are emptied before you depart. To help protect our cleaner. The bins are located at the top of the island to disregard your rubbish and recycling.
Personal health products, sanitary product and contraception
Under no circumstances should any of these product be left at the accommodation. It is unreasonable and goes against our Covid policy for any products of this nature to be left
Linen on departure
We ask that you strip the beds and place the linen in the bath or in the sacks provided in the main bedroom. This is to ensure that the cleaner is not over exposed to the linen after guests have left. NOT DOING THIS OCCUR AN EXTRA COST FROM THE CLEANER.
Knobs and handles
This includes door knobs, appliance handles and knobs.
Are all wiped down during every handover in order to prevent the spread of Covid.
Furniture
All furniture in the accommodation is wiped down during each changeover by the cleaner.
Property left on departure
Tidy and clean the property on departure NOT DOING THIS WILL FORFEIT YOUR SECUIRITY.
Please check everywhere that no property, food, personal items, waste in the bins, anything containing bodily fluids is present/left at the chalet on your departure.
Anything that will need to be removed due to a guest leaving/not cleaning before their departure will occur extra costs and be deducted from your security deposit.
Failure to comply with our Covid policy can result in a reduction in you security deposit, any extra cleans/time the cleaner endures will the charged at her discretion.

If you develop symptoms within a week after your holiday also let us know so that we can take appropriate action.
