Cancelling before paying your full balance

Lols Petite Maison cancellation policy is extremely straight forward. Should you cancel your booking prior to when your balance is due to be paid, you will not need to pay and cancelation fees. Nor are you liable to pay the remaining balance however you will not be refunded your deposit paid.

Cancellation of the booking should be emailed to listdirect.info@gmail.com . Please state the lead booking name arrival date and departure. Please ensure you state in the email that you are cancelling your booking.

Cancelling after paying your full balance

In the event of a cancellation after your balance has been paid in full. We will attempt to re-let the property and if successful, we will compensate you minus any losses we may have incurred. 

We strongly recommend you take out holiday cancellation insurance.

Cancellation by the Property Owner

As the property owner we will endeavour to make sure the stated property is available for the dates contracted. In the unlikely event the property becomes not available and the property owner has to cancel the booking, we will endeavour to find you suitable alternative accommodation. If suitable alternative accommodation cannot be found, the holidaymaker will be entitled to a full refund (including deposit paid to ourselves). The property owner shall only be liable to return the monies received. No compensation or consequential losses shall be paid.
